- From the quote form: your name, mobile number, ZIP code and job details, and an email address if you choose to add one.
- From any visit: server logs such as IP address and browser type, which we keep for security.
What we do with it
Reply to you, arrange a quote, get the job done, keep an eye on service quality, and keep a basic record of requests and jobs.
Who receives it
- The independent, locally owned concrete contractor that quotes and carries out your job.
- The outside services that host our website and run our forms, phone line and analytics, acting only for us.
Your information is not sold, and nobody gets it for their own marketing.
How long we hold it
Up to two years, and less when we no longer need it for the uses above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix or erase the information we have about you. Use the contact form and choose "A question or feedback", and you'll hear back within 30 days.
Children
This website is for adults planning work on their own property. It doesn't knowingly gather information from children under 13.
Changes
Any update to this policy changes the revision date above.
